IRS guidance: Retroactively claiming the 2020 Employee Retention Credit (ERC)

The Connecticut Siting Council has approved the largest solar development in the Northeastern US, a 120-megawatt project covering 485 acres. Construction of Gravel Pit Solar could be finished in late 2022 or early 2023, state and local officials said.
