Employee retention is critical for agency success
We are currently seeking 50 home health and hospice agencies to participate in our National Healthcare at Home Employee Retention Project.
Reduce employee turnover
BerryDunn has launched this national effort to reduce employee turnover, and help agencies implement insights from the National Healthcare at Home Best Practices and Future Insights Study.
As part of the project, our team will:
| • | Review your agency’s turnover rates and engagement survey scores and identify specific areas of improvement |
| • | Provide monthly educational sessions to help your agency strategize and address areas of improvement |

To enroll, agencies must meet the following criteria:
| • | Have a turnover rate of 16% or higher reported within the past 12 months |
| • | Conduct an employee engagement survey as part of the project or have conducted one within the past 12 months |
| • | Assign at least one agency management lead to participate in the project for a six-month commitment |
Enrollment is limited
We encourage agencies who are interested to reserve their space. The fee to enroll is $1,500 per site, in addition to any applicable employee engagement survey fees.
