We encourage you to invite your organization’s board members to our complimentary educational session to help your board operate at its highest levels yet. They will learn what to expect in tax changes, new ideas to diversify revenue streams, and how to tell your organization’s story through financial statements.

Topics include:

  • Strategies around risk management and internal controls
  • Using Form 990 – understanding the board’s responsibility and how it can be used to market your organization’s charitable purpose
  • Charitable giving – how the tax changes are affecting nonprofit organizations and methods to diversify revenue streams
  • Investment and gift acceptance policies – finding the hidden marketing benefits in those documents, and how to leverage them
